Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any business information you provide.

Your subscription

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. New paid subscriptions are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.

Using QuoteIQ

• You agree to use QuoteIQ for lawful business purposes only.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, contracts, and invoices you create.
• You won't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Your content

You own the business content (quotes, contracts, client details) you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to provide the service. We won't share your client data with third parties.

Service availability

We work hard to keep QuoteIQ reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features over time and will do our best to communicate meaningful changes.

Limitation of liability

QuoteIQ is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
