We want you to be confident in QuoteIQ. Every paid plan (Monthly and Annual) comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If QuoteIQ isn't the right fit, we'll refund your payment in full — no hassle.

What's covered

• Your first payment for any paid plan is fully refundable for 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Both the Monthly ($297/month) and Annual ($1,197/year) plans are covered.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method you used at checkout.

How to request a refund

Simply reply to your order confirmation email, or send a message to hello@quoteiq.app from the email address on your account. Include the word "refund" and we'll take care of it. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

After the 14-day window

Beyond the first 14 days, paid plans can be cancelled at any time and you won't be billed again for the next cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Free trials

Free trials require no payment, so there's nothing to refund. You will not be charged unless you choose to start a paid plan.
